I feel that if people spend this kind of money on the boat and didn’t get a lick of food then the money needs to be reinbursed back to my credit card. I won’t be able to make it back on the boat before that time and nowadays $40.00 is a lot of money. I find this situation and how it was handled not very good people skills. While standing there another lady came down and was also looking for the buffet, he just walked away from both of us, leaving us dumb founded. I explained to him that a month was not long enough and he said that all he could do. He then pulled out one of his cards and wrote on good for 2 buffets expires 8/31/11. He replied no problem I will take care of this.
I told him that we were not told that and that something had to be done, since we paid $40:00. we went down the staris to eat and the gentleman there) said that the buffet only ran until 3:00p.m. and then finger food would come out after that.
The lady replied that the buffet ran until 4p.m. After receiving our cards we went to the buffet and asked the lady checking buffet tickets, what time the buffet went until. When we got on the boat we went immediately to get our cards to use in the machine. We purchased two tickets for your cruise on along with two buffet tickets, which cost us a total of $60.00.
My hubby and I went on the cruise on 7/31/11, had a problem with the buffet, I contacted them twice by email and once a certified letter and no one has contacted me yet.
