We stayed on the 8th floor and I can't say that all rooms were as nice as ours since we've never been there before. The agent at the front desk (Diego) who checked us in could not have been more friendly or helpful to us! Our room was gorgeous except for the view.overlooking a concrete roof of some part of the resort/casino. There were many more cars there at the time, and all were taken care of immediately. We did valet parking and were met within seconds. We only spent one nite at Sandia while traveling thru NM, but we were very happy with our stay. This is a beautiful resort, hotel, casino.
